The CWI machine is highly accurate and weight checks by electromagnetic force compensation balance, which makes high measuring accuracy possible. The standardized defective products discharge check device assures exact rejection and perfect discharging of defective products out of a line. A graphic touch-screen display panel and automatic calibration make the CWI easy to operate. The panel displays the weight of each capsule by row, the trend of maximum, minimum and average value, and the total number of products by row. The CWI has an output range from 40,000–150,000/hour.
