The FS is a fully-automated capsule filling and sealing machine. The primary feature of the FS is the new enclosed automatic transfer system that immediately delivers filled capsules directly into the sealing machine; resulting in minimal handling and increased capsule integrity. In addition, the FS allows materials of low viscosity to be filled and sealed easier. The FS’s new automatic transfer delivers the filled capsules to the sealer immediately, ensuring less denting and deformations. The new automatic transfer system, combined with the three drum rectification system, provides a process that is gentle enough that capsules experience less vibration, resulting in less liquid seepage. In turn, this allows “clean” capsules to flow through the sealing equipment smoother and with less down time for clean up.
