The Type 3 places sensitive loss-in-weight load cells between the top bag holding frame and the lower chute assembly. This design eliminates the probability of load cell damage and fault scale readings. The unit is also available with patented “Y” Yoke Bar Bag Spout Closures, bag stretching arms and pneumatic bag massagers. The yoke bar closure ensures the bag neck is fully closed during the tying and untying of the bag spout. Bag stretching arms lengthen and keep the bag tensioned as more powder is discharged. The lengthening reduces residual powder, thus reducing waste. The pneumatic bag massagers gently promote powder flow with little or no degradation.
