This closed system will extract, condense and isolate the condensate sample for removal in a sealed container for subsequent analysis. The hands-off auto sampling method eliminates potential contamination of the sample and minimizes risk of injury too operating personnel. Automation of the activity provides consistency and repeatability while reducing the time required to effect the sampling by plant personnel. The system consists of pneumatically actuated custom multi-port valves, air cooled condensation, a sampling vessel and a compact programmable control unit. It is available either as a stationary version or on a mobile cart for transport to multiple sampling locations.
