Protab is a single-rotary tablet compression press best suited for pilot, small- and medium-scale batch sizes. The Protab offers single tablet sorting capabilities for consistently high-quality production and best-in-class ergonomics built with a user-centric design philosophy. This new-generation tablet press has output ranging from 80,000 to 200,000 tablets per hour, the machine is ideal for pilot-scale exhibit batches and small-scale production. Changeover in best-in-class time of 30 minutes ensures high uptime. It complies with 21 CFR part 11 regulatory requirements.

The B45 is a continuous-motion blister packing machine that is contemporary, versatile and efficient. Capacity is up to 45 cycles per minute with edge-to-edge punching ensuring zero foil wastage. With servo-controlled precise indexing, counter sealing and embossing station, the B45 is offers a cGMP-compliant balcony design for ease of access and cleaning.

The SmartCoater™ 250 is a new tablet pan coater that’s capable of both film and sugar coating processes. It is a fully perforated drum which offers a high level of efficiency, handling and process security along with cost savings. Based on the internationally successful technology, this coater not only offers challenging technological solutions, but is also an innovative design. It is a true auto-coater in all respects; load the product, close the machine and open it only when the process is over. It is a fully automatic process, untouched by hand and absolutely no operator intervention required. This machine is suitable for sugar coating as well. There are seven sizes to choose from i.e. 40 kg to 600 kg.
